Appraising, producing and installing pork quartering rooms for handling from 40 to 450 units an hour, all fully automated, with manual or automated cutting systems, belt-based conveyor systems for the boxes supplying the workforce and taking away the processed product, and arrays of belts at different heights for collecting products and by-products, keeping them entirely separate.

Assembling and starting up the installations is done directly by staff from XUCLÀ.
